Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C serves the normal functioning of the nervous system. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 has also supporting effects in sport. Like vitamin C and magnesium, it supports the normal energy-yielding metabolism as well as the normal functioning of the nervous system.
