1. Membership Benefits:

Members enrolled in this program are entitled to the following benefits:

One Service Per Year – One complimentary silver service per year, covering standard maintenance (excludes major repairs or replacement parts).

One ID Match Per Year – One ID match bike fitting session per year to optimise riding position.

Frame Lifetime Warranty (Orbea) – Lifetime warranty on the Orbea bike frame, subject to Orbea’s official warranty policy.

Free Adjustments All Year – Complimentary minor adjustments on Orbea bikes throughout the year, including basic gear tuning, minor brake adjustments, and saddle height adjustments.

Two Race Entries Per Year – Two race entries per year, applicable to select events approved by i-RIDE, with a maximum value of AED 250.

Two Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs Per Year – Two free pick-up and drop-off services per year for bike servicing.

One Month Free Storage – One month of complimentary bike storage in a secure facility.

Priority Invite for New Arrivals – Early access invitations to new product arrivals ahead of public release.

Invite to Events and Launches – Exclusive invitations to product launches, cycling events, and brand experiences hosted by i-RIDE.

Free Customisation Services – Free customisation services (e.g., bar tape wrapping, basic decal applications, and minor accessory fittings).

Exclusive Deals with Partners – Special discounts and exclusive offers from i-RIDE’s partner brands and service providers. 

2. Eligibility and Usage 

Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation.

Membership benefits apply only to Orbea bikes unless stated otherwise.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

Some benefits* may require prior booking and are subject to availability. 

3. Exclusions and Limitations 

The one free service per year does not cover major repairs, replacement parts, or accident-related damages.

Free adjustments do not include full drivetrain tuning, suspension servicing, or electronic component updates.

Race entries are limited to i-RIDE-approved events and are subject to event organiser terms.

Pick-up and drop-off services are only available within designated service areas.

Free storage is valid for one consecutive month per membership year; additional storage will incur standard fees.

Exclusive deals with partners are subject to availability and may change at any time. 

4. Changes to Terms 

i-RIDE reserves the right to modify or terminate membership benefits at any time.

Changes to membership terms will be communicated via official i-RIDE channels. 

5. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

By enrolling in this membership programme, the member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
