I’m a complete cycling newbie and wanted to start the right way in an effort to not develop any bad habits. I payed the I-RIDE a visit after finding out about them via Instagram. From the initial call with Nick I was already sure that I’m at the right place. He made sure to listen to what I want out of this experience, make sure that I’m set up for success and most of all, avoid injury by any shape or form given that I’m still at the beginning of my journey. For the experience itself with the fitting and capture machine they have there, we were able to fine tune my bike exactly to my measurements, down to the millimeter. Throughout the entire process, Nick also made sure that all my questions are answered, regardless of how big or small they were when it comes to cycling. It’s only something that I usually appreciate and will definitely make me a repeat customer from now on. Thank you Nick!

I did the idmatch bike fitting with iride.ae at their shop. Nick and Rania looked after me. Very knowledgeable both of them. I realized just how much there is for me to learn about cycling.. overall my previous setup wasn’t completely off, but the small and very, very precise (did I say very already?) adjustments made a massive difference on my comfort on the bike! Needed industry9 hub body. For bafang bbshd ebike…but didn’t know spec.?!:/ since its fat bike?! jehad technician, hosam, hisa very helpful. Knowledgeable, VERY reasonable prices.! & have tabby facility!! fantastic company!👏🥇🏆
